RETURNS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days after delivery.

Send an email to info@cutiesquad.com to receive a return authorization. After the period of 14 days, we can’t offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

In your email you need to include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Your name and address

  • Product description

  • Reason for your return (optional)

If you are shipping an item over €50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

  • Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products.

  • In the event of a return shipment loss, you are responsible.

  • Products must be in perfect condition. 

  • After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.​

Exchanges

Unfortunately, an exchange or swap of products is not possible.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the EU.

In the unlikely event that any products you have received are damaged, please reach out to us at info@cutiesquad.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will guide you in the matter and offer a solution.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 14 days of delivery of the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us as soon as possible.
